Event details
Cruce del Istmo is one of the toughest and most respected MTB events in Panama: crossing the country from the Atlantic to the Pacific in a single day, along the Canal, across Gatún Lake by dugout canoe and through tropical forest.
Sunday, October 11, 2026. Gran Fondo 130 km (1,800 m of climbing, 70% off-road) or Half Distance 65 km. Open to MTB, gravel and e-bikes. Limited to 400 riders.
